JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Graphic Designer is tasked with spearheading branding and packaging initiatives within the beauty, health, and wellness industries. This role demands a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, combined with a strong capability to follow the latest trends in design and packaging. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring all designs not only meet but exceed the highest standards of creativity and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams, this position plays a critical role in aligning design strategies with overarching business goals, while also mentoring junior designers towards achieving their full potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative branding and packaging designs for beauty, health, and wellness products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure designs are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Create comprehensive brand guides that articulate brand identity, tone, and visual elements.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Education and/or Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Proven experience (7 years) working as a graphic designer in the beauty, health, or wellness industries.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and lnDesign.

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging design projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work.

• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience working with beauty, health, and wellness brands.

• Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials.

• Understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.
